Danielle Saunders
Early Learning Co-ordinator

Experience

Danielle is a highly experienced leader in early childhood education, having worked in early learning since 2002, she is passionate about instilling children with healthy foundational behaviours and inspiring them with a lifelong love of learning. She has been a fundamental part of the leadership team at NT Explorers since it first opened in 2013 and has helped form a strong sense of community among local families. She is committed to supporting every family’s unique needs, throughout their child’s early learning journey.

Liz Stiller
Executive Manager Children’s Services

Experience

Liz Stiller is an experienced early childhood professional with more than 20 years’ experience working in a broad range of early years settings. She has bachelor of Early Childhood Studies and a Masters of Education, specialising in Early Childhood Education. Most recently Liz worked with the Department of Education NT as an authorised officer undertaking the assessment and rating of early years services as part of the national quality agenda. Originally from Melbourne, Liz has gained impressive experience working in both NFP and government organisations including Gowrie Victoria and the City of Kingston. Liz is a dynamic early childhood leader with a reputation for ensuring ethical practice and leading teams to achieve their best.

Caraline Moody
Quality & Compliance Manager, Children’s Services

  • Cert IV Frontline Management
  • (currently in study) Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies
Experience

With over 15 years’ experience in the Early Childhood sector, specialising in 3 – 5 year old early childhood education and with a background in Early Childhood Inclusion in Remote Indigenous communities, Caraline is a highly passionate quality and compliance manager working across all our early learning centres to ensure that we are meeting the high standards of quality service that we set at the YMCA. She has many years experience directing and leading teams at multiple early learning centres across the NT, including in remote communities. With this experience, comes a deep understanding of the needs of children, families and educators alike and the unique considerations of communities across the Territory.

Deirdre Donnelly
Health, Safety and Safeguarding Manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Occupational Safety and Health
  • Post-graduation certification in safety and child safeguarding
Experience

Deirdre is a highly qualified Health & Safety expert with more than 18 years of experience working in the multiple industries. She has managed complex safety compliance ensuring that it meets State and Territory regulations relating to Safeguarding Children, Operational Safety and Health. A member of the YMCA’s National Safeguarding Unit, she is committed to providing leadership training, resources, policy development and consultation to Early Learning services at the YMCA to ensure that we maintain the highest national safety standards in children’s services.
